Confidence means having the capability of accepting challenges and achieving them effectively and efficiently.

A confident individual is more likely to feel secure and experience freedom from negative perceptions & self-doubt. They have the ability to take risks and push themselves out of the comfort zone. Their positive attitude and strong presence helps reduces concern about what others might think . Confident people have clarity about what they excel at and deliver value with the best possible action. Greater confidence increases self-satisfaction because a person knows how to handle the worst situation. Feeling less anxious about the outcomes allows them to be happier & stay motivated.

Flawless actions and best outcomes defines Perfection.

Perfection kills productivity and becomes an excuse for never getting started. Perfectionism promotes flawlessness and doubts creativity. People with this mindset do not tend to perform well because they always wait for the best idea. Striving for excellence can get excessively annoyed when the focus is solely based on 100% perfection. People starts procrastinating and waste time because fear of failure hinders them to function. Desire to achieve at the ultimate level leaves shaking in fear, escalate stress and freezes innovation. Perfectionism can interfere with your ability to really achieve something.

Conclusion: The pursuit of perfection questions your abilities and leads to destruction. Find a balance in every aspect and choose the appropriate path. In addition,Confidence shapes you with capabilities you have and helps for better optimal decision-making.
